Fusion Techniques

Namekian Fusion Technique:

This fusion can only be done by Nameks and only happens twice throughout the whole series. It is first done by Piccolo and Nail. Nail is surviving by a thread when then he tells Piccolo to fuse with him. Piccolo placed his arm on Nails chest and Nail was absorbed into Piccolo's body. Also in the Android saga Piccolo placed his arm on Kame's chest and again, Kame was absorbed into Piccolo's body. What is strange about this fusion is that the appearance of the characters never changed when they fused. They also can never un-fuse even if they are killed or absorbed(damnit!).

Fusion Dance:

This fusion is quite similar to the one with the Potara earrings except that it only lasts for thirty minutes :( Two characters perform a small dance and in a flash they become one. This fusion is done by Goten and Trunks to become Gotenks and also done by Goku and Vegeta to become Gogeta. If the fusion dance is done incorrect;y however, the character can become a fat weakling(make that a VERY fat weakling) when the fusion is complete.

Potara Earrings:

Two characters where a set of earrings(one person wheres an earing on their left ear, the other on their right) and fuse into one. This is similar to the fusion dance except that this fusion lasts forever :( unless the person is somehow absorbed by another person. :) This fusion is done by Goku and Vegeta to become Vegetto.
