Requirements: I don't care about hit's but it must have at least 4 main sections, a fairly good layout, and I have to like it ;)
Requirements: You just have to be a punk-ass webmast who steals mine and other peoples pics and stuff, requesting this award shows you have the balls to tell everyone else you do it :P
