Ban Kokubikuri Shyou-Jackie Chun's most powerful attack. He presses his palms together, charges up, then hits his opponent with a continuous high charged electrical beam.

Brain Crush Hammer- 1 of Gotenks’ moves.
Damage: 1.75x your PL (counts as a basic)

Breath- A powerful breath blown that can destroy entire cities.

Breath Niyoru Henka Beam Kaeshi- A strong breath blast that can return ki beams.
Effect: Returns ki attacks (can only be used 2 times during a battle).

Cell Junior Umidatsu- The ability to create Cell Juniors
Effect: Create 2 Cell Juniors with 75% of the users PL (Cell Androids Only)

Chikyuu Hokai no Ichigeki- One of the most devastating attacks in DBZ. Used by Kid Buu.
Damage: 5.25x your PL (Once in battle only)

Chonoryoku- A psychic attack used by Chaosu to cause internal pain to the opponent.
Damage: 2x your PL
Learning time: 3 days

Chou no Ryoku- An attack that keeps a person from moving and also cause damage each time the person tries to escape.
Damage/Effect: traps for 2 turns/ causes 1.5x your PL damage on the first turn (can only use once in battle)

Dai Kaiten Kick- Another one of gotenks "special" attacks.
Damage: 1.25x your PL (counts as a basic)

Dengeki- An electrocution attack.
Damage: 2.75x your PL

Dengekiha -A quick one handed blast of electricity.
Damage: 2.5x your PL

Destructo Disk- A sharp disk that can cut through almost anything.
Damage: 3x your PL (can instantly kill anyone 75% weaker than you)

Multi-Destructo Disk- Same as above except one disk breaks into several.
Damage: 4.25x your PL (can instantly kill anyone 50% weaker than you)

Dodonpa- A very powerful blast shot from the fingers.

Super Dodonpa- An even more powerful Dodonpa except shot from the hand and is very powerful.

Dynamite Kick- Just a normal kick with a special name, so Mr. Satan can try to be cool.

Dynamite Kick(2)-When Gotenks’ uses a kick by this name, he kicks the opponent, then flips away with an explosion where his kick hit.
Damage: 2x your PL (counts as a basic)

Double Tsuihikidan- A move that Kuririn uses, where he fires a blast from each hand, and can guide it to hit whatever his target is.

Ki Ai Hou-A technique used to push back an opponent by shooting a wave of ki, like a powerful wind at them with a hand, it can also be used with the whole body rather than the hand.

Kikou Ha- A basic blast and not very powerful
Damage: 2x your PL (counts as a basic)

Kakusandan -A very slow-moving ball of energy that breaks into several parts and hits numerous targets at once. Kuririn uses this to kill almost all the saibaimen
Damage- 4.5x your PL to every enemy on the battle field.

Tsuibi Kikou Ha- A blast that traces another ki blast or traces a person.
Damage/Effect- 2x your PL (never misses) Can block weak ki blasts

Yubisaki kara no Kikou Ha- A pretty considerate ki blast shot from the fingers.
Damage: 2.25x your PL
Learning time: 2 days

Rapid Fire Kikou Ha- Super blasts that are continuously fired.
Damage: 4.25x your PL

Kokoro o Yomu- The ability to sense someone’s thoughts
Effect- Allows you to sense the next move and you can dodge 50% of it (can only use 3 times in a battle)

Miracle Super Punch- You can take a guess by now, Gotenks a quick move to learn.

Wolf Fang Fist(japanese name is actually "wolf wind attack"...)- A powerful double punch. Yamcha says its "the skill of the wolf"

Shin Rouki-Dan- A super powerful form of the attack above.

Ring Jyou no Energy Ball- An attack used by Majin Vegeta to trap someone using energy rings.
Damage/Effect: traps enemy for 2 turns. (Can only be used once in a battle.)

Renzoku Energy Shine- Actually one of Gotenks’ useful attacks. Very powerful
Damage: 3.95x your PL
Learning time: 4 days

Renzoku Energy Dan- Hundreds of ki blasts shot like machine gun fire.
Damage: 3.65x your PL

Souki Dan- Yamcha’s most powerful attack. A ki bomb.
Damage: 4x your PL
Learning time: 4 days

Split Form- Split yourself into 2
Effect: Have 2 of yourselves with 50% of your PL each (if either are killed your overall pl drops
Learning time: 5 days

Improved split form (must know split form or multi form first) - Split yourself in three
Effect: Split yourself into three of yourself with 50% of your pl each (up to one can be destroyed with no pl penalty)
Learning time: 8 days

Multi Form- Split into 4 of yourself
Effect: Split into 4 of yourself with 30% of your PL each (if any are killed, your overall pl drops)
Learning time: 7 days

Hashuken- 4 days (8% pl boost)(you grow two more arms)

Vegeta:

Bakuhatsuha-By raising 2 fingers the user can destroy the whole area around or underneath an opponent.
Damage: 3x your PLLearning time: 4 days

Big Bang Attack-This is Vejita's first attack he usess as a Super Saiya-jin. He raises his right palm then charges for a moment and lets a powerful ball of energy shoot out of his palm towards his enemy.
Damage: 4.5x your PL
Learning time: 5 days

Blue Aura- One of Bardock's skills to increase power level.
Effect- PL rises 10%
Learning time: 6 days

Burning Attack-Mirai Trunks’ signature move. Basically, a bunch of complicated hand movements followed by a 2 handed powerful blast.
Damage: 3x your PL
Learning time: 4 days

Final Flash-This is Vegeta's second most powerful attack. Vegeta puts his wrists together directly in front of himself, then charges up for a while, and eventually lets loose an enormous blast of energy.
Damage: 4.75x your PL (Normal) 15x your PL (Kamikazi-you die)

Final Shine-A very strong attack that Vegeta developes in Dragonball GT.

Ultimate Final Skill: Vegeta’s most powerful attack. He gathers energy then explodes. In the end the only thing left of Vegeta is a stone statue... well actually sand ^_^'.

Finishing Buster- Future Trunks’ trademark move. It is a powerful orb shot with both hands and when it hits it causes a huge explosion.

Double Kikoha- Raditz’s double blast.

Ki no Tsurugi-Where Vejitto forms a sword of ki and uses it to slice Super Buu.
Damage: 4.55x your PL (can kill those 50% weaker)
Learning time: 5 days

Ki Barrier- Unlike Babidi’s Magic Barrier, Brolly's Ki Barrier is unpenatrable depending how strong the enemy is.
Damage/Effect- causes 2x your PL and protects them from 100% of ki attacks for 2 turns (can only use once in a battle)
Learning time: 7 days

Kyodaika-A power-up where the body of the user becomes huge and muscular, but still keeps there speed.
Effect: 8% increase in PL.
Learning time: 6 days

Kochi kara Kikou Ha-A blast of energy shot from the mouth.
Damage- 2.35x your PL
Learning time: 3 days

Koukyuu Gata Kikou Ha-A large and powerful ki ball.
Damage- 3x your PL
Learning time: 3 days

Double Kikou Ha-A ki blast shot from both hands.
Damage: 4x your PL (at one target)

Masenko- Gohan’s actual first attack he made. Piccolo, Future Trunks, and Goku learned this attack later on. The user brings his hands together above his head and fires.
Damage: 3.35x your PL

False moonlight- Saiyans create moons to transform into Ozaruu.
Effect: Transforms to Ozaruu (Saiyan Only) if you have a tail.
Learning time: 3 days

Grow tail back
Effect: Can be used to grow tail back if it has been cut off.

Saikou Waza- Nappa’s most powerful move. Fired from the mouth.
Damage: 4.35x your PL

Dende: Heal Other(Heal others HP by 50%)-8days

Guru: Hidden Power(Release your hidden power and double your PL only once. Choose the right time to do it to become the most powerful fighter in the RPG!)

Bakurikimaha- Piccolo Daimou's biggest attack, a extremely large blast shot from one hand, with the other hand gripping the firing arms wrist for support.
Damage: 4.25x your PL
Learning time: 6 days

Chyou Kyoshin Jyutsu-The special ability of increasing ones body size to the size of sky scrapers.Effect: PL and HP increases 75%. Damage of attacks decrease 35%. (Nameks only)
Learning time: 25 days

Choubakuretsumaha-Another one of the extremely big attacks used in Dragonball. One of Piccolo’s most powerful attacks……used against Cell.
Damage: 4.5x your PL
Learning time: 5 days

Exploding Demon Cannon-Another one of Piccolo Daimaou’s big ki attacks.
Damage: 4.55x your PL
Learning time: 6 days

Kakusan Yuudou Kikou Ha-Where the user sends hundreds of ki balls into the air and surrounds his enemy with them. The energy balls are suspended in mid-air for a moment, and then he lets fly. All at once the little ki balls hit the target causing a huge explosion.
Damage- 3.5x your PL minimum (never misses)
Learning time: 4 days

Makosen- A powerful magic blast.
Damage: 4.75x your PL
Learning time: 5 days

Makkansappo- Piccolo’s trademark move. He puts two fingers in front of his forehead, powers up and release a beam (or two beams one going straight and one spiraling around it. It can penitrate anything small. Once in hits something it cannot penetrate it explodes.
Damage: 4.9x your PL (can kill those 75% weaker)
Learning time: 5 days

S.S. Deadly Bomb- A super powerful bomb powerful enough to destroy planets.
Damage: 5.65x your PL

Kaioshins: Fusion Dance(fuse with another person. the result is the two persons PL's combined x1.5)-6days

Kaioshins: Basic Mystic Form (increase pl 80%, no other powerups may be used with it, gain 10 dodges, 5 blocks)

Kaifuku Power -The ability to completely heal people near death.
Effect: Heals a person back to 100%.

Frieza:
Crasher Ball-Jeice's signature attack. It's a red ball of energy gathered in one hand, then flung at the enemy. Damage: 2.29x your PL

Daichiretsuzan -With a swing of Freza’s arm he fires a long invisible beam that cuts through anything and everything.
Damage: 4.25x your PL (can instantly kill those 50% weaker than you)(never misses)

Death Ball- This is a devastating ball of energy which Freezer and Koola can create from either the tip of their finger or with both hands. This attack is used to destroy entire planets.
Damage: 7x your PL (must charge for 2 turns first)
Learning time: 9 days

Eraser Cannon- This is one of Reekum’s best ki attacks. It is a large, powerful Ki blast shot from the mouth, and it destroys a large radius of where it hits upon impact.
Damage: 5x your PL (can only use twice in a battle)
Learning time: 6 days

Finishing Beam- This is Freezer's trademark technique. It is a piercing attack that continues through its target and can also be used to slice. This attack nearly killed Piccolo.
Damage: 4.55x your PL

Hokaku Kon Dan- An amazing technique used by Freza where he captures his opponent in a ball from which they cannot escape and when it slams or hits anything besides Freza it will cause a huge explosion.
Damage: 3.5x your PL

Tienzen Disks- A more powerful disk but red and follows the target.
Damage: 4.55x your PL (never misses)
Learning time: 5 days

Yubisaki kara Rapid Fire Kikou Ha- Contusious rapidly fired considerate ki blasts.

Pshychokinisis- The ability to move and change objects and even turn it into a deadly weapon.

Recoom Kaboom- Recoom’s super speed and super powerful attack.

Zoomabooma- Another of Recoom’s attacks. May have a stupid name but these rapid fire blast go off everywhere!

Recoom Maha Attack- Recoom’s most powerful attack….a big beam shot from both hands.

Genki Dama-A very powerful attack that Gokou learned from Kaio-sama. Goku gathers energy from every living thing on a planet or if he wants the solar system; then release a powerful bomb.
Damage: 5x your PL (Regular Genki-Dama charge once) 8.5x your PL (Chou Genki-Dama charge 3 times)
Learning time: 12 days

Hellbuster- A move of Cell and Freza’s to send someone to hell to be tortured and hurt.
Damage: 2x your PL (for 3 turns)(Someone 50% weaker cannot escape for 3 turns but someone 75% weaker and above can escape after the first turn)
Learning time: 8 days

Hyper Tornado- A powerful tornado attack preformed by Pikkon.
Damage: 2.9x your PL (for two turns)
Learning time: 6 days

Thunder Claw (I like the japanese name better)- A powerful blast preformed by Pikkon.
Damage: 5x your PL (easier to dodge than most attacks)
Learning time: 6 days


Note: ki blast does .75x your pl per blast, punch does .45x your pl per punch, kick does .5x you pl, and your tail(if you have one) can do .4x your pl per attack.
Note: in a battle you take turns attacking, up to five basic moves(moves you came with) can be used per turn. (trained moves count as two basic)
Note: ignore gravity penalties will allow you to ignore all penalties but you can only train in up to 50x more than you normally can.
Note: You can use super sonic flight(plus two dodges) at pl 5,000

Vegeta: Perfected Final Flash(2 Vesions)(Kamikazi Final Flash you die; 25x PL)(Ki attack Final Flash 5.75x PL)
Goku: Exploding Dragon Fist(7.5x PL)(Must be able to go SSJ3 to use it, only used in SSJ, SSJ2 and SSJ3)
Gotenks:Revised Super Ghost Kamikaze(4 Ghosts,all with .5 your pl that perform kamikaze(4.5x))
Pan: Hyper Masenko(5x pl, must know a form of masenko)(inaccurate)
Tapion: Omnislash (14x pl, once per battle... can do anywhere between 7x and 14x)
Shikai: The One (character gains an additional two dodges stacking with all others, additionally when activated; in next three rounds the character has 7 attacks per turn instead of 5)
