Rules
Creating a character:
The character you create can not be an actual Dragon Ball Z/GT Character (however, you may use the picture of a Dragon Ball Z/GT character because not everyone can draw truly awesome fanart.) You must submit the name you want your character to have, your AIM screen name, a picture for your Characters (in .jpg format!), that characters' race/gender, as well as a couple of the things listed below. You start out with power level 1000(your current pl =your current HP) , 100 zeni, and the moves subsonic flight, ki blast(no charge required), and another attack of your choice listed under "personal specialty" moves. Send an e-mail to Kokuei666@yahoo.com with the required info(put the pic as an attachment). If you want your name to mean something click here, it is an English to Japanese dictionary. A few people will start out with one-person ships, but only those I choose at random(it's a 1 in 6 chance). Also, so you know, the rpg runs from monday to Saturday; Sunday is basically newbie adding day(So no e-mails on Sunday unless you are joining!!)

Races:

Humans(No limit): Humans are from the Earth, and are not usually particularly strong, unless they have devoted themselves to training and the study of Ki. However, they have an excellent ability to learn things, and therefore learn skills in 1/2 the time it takes other races to(round to the nearest whole number of days).

Saiyans(Limit of 5(1/5) ): The Saiyans are incredibly strong warriors from the planet Vegeta. They can become an Oozaru by using false moonlight and double(real is 10x but that would make the RPG a little too easy wouldn't it?) their power level. However, if they don't know control Oozaru they have a 70% chance of killing those on their side, they also have a terrible sense of judgement. At power level 24,000(without boost) Saiyans can no longer go Oozaru. But a Saiyan can reach the level of Super Saiyan, increasing his/her power level by 40%(they can remain in this form for as long as they see fit, but if they have not trained long enough to gain the skill "remain transformed" they have to return to normal after a battle or if they are injured, Saiyans cannot go SSJ until I e-mail them that they can, that player then must come up with a reason and a place for the transformation. They can go SSJ2(if there is a great need, without some sort of need and emotionional stress the ability to go SSJ2 will not occur), increasing their powerlevel by 50% and increasing the saiyans number of dodges per battle by 10(this form cannot be held outside of battle). Following the same rules, they can go SSJ3 with a 60% bonus(this form can only be held in battle for a short period of time(roughly ten minutes) due to the stress on the saiyans body). Only THREE Saiyans will be chosen to go SSJ3, the rest will just have to train REALLY hard.  When transforming, you must go in order in the battle, because you cannot go immediately from SSJ to SSJ3, you must go SSJ, SSJ2, and then SSJ3

Half-Saiyans (Limit of 9(currently: 2): These saiyans are the offspring of human and saiyan parents, they possess the insane power of the saiyans (They can go SSJ and SSJ2(but no further without fusion)), they also possess the learning ability of humans(but only 3/4 the time, rather than 1/2). Also these saiyans can have explosions of anger which can send their power level up another 45% from their base pl. Two half-saiyans will be chosen to have the true mystic form, this will be far more powerful than the normal mystic form.

Changelings(Limit of three(0/3))- Changelings have 5 forms, and each one makes them way more powerful. At power level 40,000 Changelings can go to stage 2 and get a 15% bonus, at 90,000 (without the bonus) they can go to stage 3 and get a 25% bonus, following the same rules at 160,000 they can go to stage 4 and get a 30% bonus, and at 500,000 they can go to stage 5 and get a 40% bonus. Changelings are in stage 1 at the beginning of every battle but like super saiyans they must escalate forms in order as in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Nameks (limit of two(0/2)): Nameks can grow to be quite strong but are usually healers or "guardians". Nameks have the ability to regenerate body parts(when pl is 20,000 or higher) without the help of a regeneration chamber and can speak both english and namek. They have the ability to extend their limbs up to five times their normal length and they can fuse with a dying(or willing) namek character if the other character agrees. However, the fusion is permanent so the dying(or willing) person loses his/her character. The fused characters power level is 2 times the character's combined power levels. Nameks also come with the attack masenko and because of their regenerative properties their ki consumption is 3/4 normal. Also when a Namek reaches pl 3,500,000 that Namek can become a "Super Namek" recieving a 35% bonus in battles.

Android(Energy absorber)(Limit of 4(0/4)): COME WITH BUILT IN SCOUTERS
The weakest of Dr Gero's androids, these machines have the unique ability to drain their opponents pl and use it as there own(giving them an advantage against those who are around the same pl). In battle they may lower their opponents base pl by 10% and add that 10% to their own for the remainder of the battle.(ki attacks do 75%of normal damage to these androids) Unfortunately ki useage for every technique is double normal. These androids also come with the attack eye beam. To make up for the ki problem; these andoids, like the others can upgrade themselves, but they MUST have enough cash ;)

Androids(revised conventional android)(Limit of 7(1/7)): COME WITH BUILT IN SCOUTERS
The second strongest of Gero's androids(but the most reliable). These androids look more human than the others, and come with the attack dodompa along with the other starting moves. These androids CAN be absorbed by a cell series android that has not reached its final stage, unfortunately they will not be able to escape from the cell series unless the cell series dies, willingly gives up the android to spare its own life, or it is forced out of him or her when the cell series is defeated.(Physical attacks do 75%of normal damage to these androids) Ki consumption is half of normal. Also on Earth these androids can learn the Rail Gun attack which only they can learn. These androids can also upgrade themselves, with enough cash... to become incredible killing machines.

Android (Cell series)(Limit of 2(0/2)):
An android grown from a single Cell, engineered with the DNA of the universes strongest fighters, it can absorb one of it's opponents moves if it beats them. But it cannot absorb racial unique moves, like Saiyan destruction. These androids also have the ability to absorb non-cell series androids that have been taken down to 25% of their hp or less. They can only have two absorbed at the same time, and if forced to they must give them up and lose the pl bonus. 35% pl bonus with one android, 50% bonus with two androids(also +5 dodges with the 2nd android)

Majin Class Demons(Limit of 4(1/4):
Majins are extremely strong beings and, after I have given them permission , a majin character may possess another non-majin character. The possessed character gets a 20% base power level boost, but must do whatever the majin tells him/her to do, including killing themselves. At any time a character may break out of the possession (losing the bonus), but it takes one to four days to do so. Also, Majins may not possess teamates, would your friends really want you to possess them? Didn't think so. Also Majins can absorb players or npc's, these people can be forcibly removed by someone fighting the Majin or as the battle prize for defeating it. With a bonus of 45% of a person's power level added to yours (the stronger the people you absorb, the stronger you get) However after you've absorbed one person, you must ask me permission to absorb each person after that (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc).

"Tapion Type" (Konack) (Limit of 2(1/2)
No ki attacks that do damage(except ki blast(until their pl has reached 10 million)).
Sword Attacks(Different Combos)1 sword attack=2.5x pl
And, after I give them permission, they can use a technique known as awaken true power, giving them the ability to increase their pl by 40%
Ki shield is double that of other races.
Does double damage against "Hildegarn", (creature in movie 13).
Items they have that can't be stolen:
*holy sword
*ocarina

Planets:
It takes 2 days to get from one planet to another on a ship, or three seconds with teleportation(aka: instant transmission)(can only be used twice a day for transportation; for obvious reasons)
